App Description: Triaxial Tech needed a mobile app to allow its customers to log support issues directly into their existing support system. They also needed the app to allow access to their staff and business partners, to update and create new jobs into the system when away from their desks (i.e. onsite at client office).
Benefits of the app: Job tickets are updated immediately ensuring all parties are kept up-to-date on the progress of the request. The app makes sure the ticket is complete and nothing is left out. It also allows staff to flag issues as soon as they notice them while onsite (possibly preventing a major issue from occurring later). The app also prompts users for all required information when creating a job and allows them to upload videos/pictures of the actual issue. It also has inbuilt workflows for general troubleshooting, so the frequently recurring issues are resolved by the mobile app itself.
