How much does a mobile app cost?

It really depends on the app – we often include mobile apps as a part of a complete solution, for these apps we only charge a small yearly maintenance fee.

More complex apps will incur a development fee. However, we are very competitive and try to keep our costs as low as possible.

Will I need to pay for images used in my app?

We will provide standard images as a part of the development at no additional cost. However, custom images/pictures or logos will need to be provided by you. Depending on what is required, we may be able to create a custom image – this will incur a charge. All images provided by you should be copyrighted for you to use. Any copyright infringements of images provided by you will be forwarded to you.

Can you integrate the mobile app with my existing systems?

Absolutely! Integration with existing systems is extremely important to ensure that the mobile app we create achieves its full purpose. We will always recommend integrating with existing systems where possible.

Motel/Hotel - I am already on the internet with the booking companies and my occupancies rates are pretty good why should I look into digital marketing?

Although booking companies are great, we passionately believe that hotels/motels should focus on getting direct bookings. The reason for this is because online booking companies do not work for you, when you direct your potential clients to booking sites, they display your competition on the same page. There is nothing stopping your potential client from selecting another hotel/motel. They also keep the client details and market to them directly, so essentially you are paying them to build their business and customer database.
We aren’t the only ones who are noticing this, the AAA constantly sends emails to its members about how hotels/motels need to generate more direct bookings. Even big hotel chains like the Hilton Hotel Group are actively working on increasing their direct bookings.

Where do you store data?

Not every app is the same and some will require different storage solutions. We cater to a lot of different vertical industries and we choose different Cloud storage platforms for each. Some of the Cloud storage solutions we use:

How safe data is with you?

We store and hold information in the Cloud (to ensure it is accessible from anywhere). We will never use the information you collect from client/business partners and will not view or access the information unless you request us to troubleshoot an issue. For additional peace of mind, we can delete the data from our systems, after it is transmitted to you. This will be done periodically.

Your data is transmitted with industry-standard encryption (similar to online banking) and we take all reasonable steps to ensure that the data we collect on your behalf is secure.
